Your nonrefundable deposit holds your space in a class. In most cases, if you cancel, you can transfer your payments to another class within the next 12 months. However, if there are 8 in the class, meaning no one else can get in, and you cancel within 45 days of the starting date, then unless a 9th person registers, your course fee will be forfeited. This is also true if the minimum number of students has registered and your cancellation causes the class size to fall below the minimum.
SARASOTA and SAN FRANCISCO REFUND POLICY:
A $150 (Sarasota) or $200 (San Francisco) nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in a class. The balance is due 45 days before the class start date, by credit card.
A minimum of five people must be enrolled 46 days before class start date for the class to be held. In the event of a cancellation a 100% refund or transfer to another class will be made.
There are no transfers or refunds as of 46 days of when your class begins unless someone replaces you. This policy applies to all Miracle Swimming full length (24-30 hour) courses.

If you cancel sixty-five or more days before your class start date 100% refund (or transfer to another class) is available except for the nonrefundable deposit. From 64 to 46 days before your class start date, if you cancel, you may receive a 50% refund or transfer (of 50% credit) to another class for fees paid above the non-refundable deposit if a sixth person in class replaces you. This means that if the class is not large enough to be held after you cancel, you will forfeit your payments. Less than 46 days from the class start date, no refunds or transfers except lodging (or according to hotel policy) unless a 6th person in class replaces you. You will achieve a level of comfort and skill you've never been able to reach before; you will begin to understand how water works for the first time; you will begin to find what it's like to be at ease in water regardless of how you've felt before, provided that you remain true to yourself and do only what is fun for you throughout the course.

every student agrees to this statement:
If I don't keep this agreement, I understand that I am not entitled to a refund. If I am entitled to a refund, I may take the class again for free (within 12 months) instead of receiving a refund. I receive no refund/transfers for missed classes."
