If you cancel your partipation in a Goodbye, Fear of Flying (or other Goodbye, Fear) course 8 days or more before the start date, you may have a full refund minus $10 processing fee. If you cancel your partipation in a Fear of Flying (or other Fear of) course7 days or less from the start date, you may have your registration moved to another date but no refund, since your registration was counted to keep the course on the schedule.
Each student signs the Refund Policy in order to register for the class.
REFUNDS on BOOK
The book description is accurate. Should you have any questions about the content, please feel free to call to make sure it's for you. There are no refunds on the book unless it is in poor condition upon receipt.
REFUNDS on CONSULTATION or BEACH CLASS
Full refund within one week of service if you are not fully satisfied.
