After you can rest for 10 to 15 minutes peacefully in water over your head, you may want to become nimble in the water.
To be eligible, you must be peaceful in the middle of deep water in a pool for at least 5 minutes and a graduate of our Beginning course. Most likely you'll also be a graduate of the Next Step course.
Gain control to do exactly what you want when you want to do it. Learn to use the water and your body to pick up the keys you dropped into the deep end, find a nose clip, to play games, swim along the bottom, do stunts. Go up, down, forward and backward at will. This includes mastering your air. The combination of this course plus Jump Off the Boat produced a class of graduates who can tread water for half an hour in the ocean.
